- Click on any "Order Now" button or link.
- Select your Postcake, enter quantity desired, and click "Add to Cart."
- Repeat for other Postcakes.
- Click the "Checkout" button in the Quick Cart box at the top of the page.
- Fill out the form on the checkout page and submit your order!
Is my order 100% guaranteed?
Yes, whether you are ordering your Postcake as a gift or purchasing for yourself, we at Postcake Company, Inc.® know that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us by email or phone within 10 days of receipt of order. Be sure to include your order number, name, telephone number, and an explanation of the problem.
*If your cake is damaged upon receipt, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the cost (excluding shipping). Please keep all packaging as it may be needed for us to correct the problem.
*Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not guaranteed. Please be sure that all address information is correct before placing your order.

Do you offer shipping to Hawaii, Canada or anywhere outside the United States?
Yes, we ship throughout the U.S. and most anywhere in the world.

What are your shipping details?
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, (USPS), Priority Mail and Express Mail. We normally process the order the same day with arrival in 2-3 business days. An email for tracking purposes is sent to the customer.

Can you deliver to rural areas and PO boxes?
Yes, we reach rural areas and PO boxes with USPS Priority Mail service.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes, we deliver Saturday at no extra charge.

Do you offer same day shipping?
We do offer same day shipping for any of our items.

What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please call us immediately at 1-888-491-1051. Refunds will not be issued for orders already personalized, baked or shipped.

Will you share my personal information with other companies?
No, protecting your privacy is very important to us. When placing an order, you will have the option of being added to our email mailing list. If you choose to be on this list, we will send you periodic emails detailing special offers. We do not share your personal information with anyone outside of our company. If you would like to be removed from our email mailing list, please follow the instructions that are in included at the bottom of each email.

How long does the cake stay fresh?
Postcake Original and Sacher stay fresh for up to 21 days and Postcake Lemon for 14 days at room temperature. However, we suggest storing the cakes in a cool place.

Do you use "cookies" on your site?
Our website uses "cookie" technology. Cookies are short pieces of data stored by your browser which we use to identify your account and save your shopping basket. We use cookies to distinguish you from other visitors. This information is used to help us serve you better by improving our website design, as well as our products, services, and promotions. We do not otherwise track any information about your use of other wesites. Non-personally identifiable information obtained through cookies may be shared with or obtained by service providers on our behalf
